Okay, I set up a blog
That's enough work for one day. I'll get back to you.
Whirled musings, huh? I like it! Reminds me of my favorite title for a long-ago piece I wrote (I figure I might as well go with the narcissism theme), about this company in your hometown area that once built a huge prototype facility to convert cow-stuff into electricity. I called the piece "Ohm, Ohm on the Range..." OK, it's a bit esoteric...and maybe hokey as well...but it still amuses me to this day. And really, what's more important than me amusing me?
Want to hear something else amusing? The word-verification code that I had to type into that little box to post this comment spells "yutzjebu." Let's see, what could that word refer to, if it actually existed? Perhaps the Jewish wing of an African tribe? "Today, on National Geographic Explorer, we'll be visiting with the Yutzjebus of Nigeria..."
Hey, Rodg, good to have you on board. I will certainly check out your blog. I intend to have more content here, too. I cannot promise anything of real substance, but it will have style. :-)

Careful what you say, Steve, I'm one-eighth Yutzjebu. :-)
ReplyDeleteAnd I like, "Ohm, Ohm On The Range." Esoteric? Not to us "cosmic" types, LOL.
Thanks for writing!
Hi, Cos...
ReplyDeleteFrom Salerno's blog to yours -- check out mine if you dare :-)
I'll post on Steve's blog Saturday. In the meantime, I'm knee-deep in a web redesign project.
My blog: www.myprbyline.typepad.com
There will be more content coming soon -- especially when I get deep into a research project in sept.
Rodg.
